Carmen joined BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM) in March 2023 as an Associate Portfolio Manager in Global Equities. She has over 20 years of experience in health care investment management. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Carmen was a senior analyst at AGF Investment Management. She earned a Master of Science in Pharmacology from University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen’s University. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Hussam is a Senior Analyst within BMO Global Asset Management’s (BMO GAM) Real Estate team. Prior to joining BMO, he was a Research Associate at National Bank covering real estate for four years, and most recently helped launch ESG orientated funds at Advantage Capital Strategies Group. He graduated from McGill University with a BCom, majoring in economics with minors in finance and mathematics.

Nick joined BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM) in March 2023 as an Analyst, Equities specializing in the Consumer Staples & Discretionary sectors. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Nicholas worked at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan on the Infrastructure & Natural Resources group where he supported the team in evaluating and executing private equity transactions within the agriculture, metals and telecommunications sectors. Nicholas completed his undergraduate degree at McMaster University where he majored in Commerce.

Marco joined BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM) in August 2023 as a Global Equity Analyst specializing in the Technology and Communications sectors. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Marco spent four years as an Equity Research Associate at Credit Suisse covering the US Software sector. Marco graduated from the University of Toronto with a BCom, specializing in finance and economics.

Kate joined BMO Global Asset Management’s Global Equity team in 2022. Kate is responsible for the BMO Global REIT Fund and ETF (BGRT) as well as managing real estate allocations across diversified mandates. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Kate served as Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Global Real Estate at CI Global Asset Management. Kate was recognized as a Canadian TopGun Investment Mind by Brendan Wood International in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, achieving Platinum Class in 2023. Kate has more than 15 years of investment industry experience specializing in real estate securities. Kate holds a Master of Finance from Queen’s University Smith School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Ashley is an Associate Portfolio Manager, responsible for covering the Consumer Discretionary and Staples sectors. She has over 15 years of experience and was a Partner at a leading Canadian hedge fund. Ashley has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Hannah has 1 year of experience within investment management and capital markets. She is currently completing the Master of Financial Economics program from the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.

Edward has 14 years of experience in the investment management industry, most recently at CI Global Asset Management, where he served as a Director. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts, History from McGill University.

Kyle specializes in the global financial sector and is responsible for equity portfolio management and research. Most recently, he was an Equity Analyst, Global Financials at CI Global Asset Management, where he supported the global financials team. Prior to that he held various roles supporting the asset allocation, risk management and sector allocation teams. Kyle holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a joint Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Finance and Financial Economics from Western University.

Adriana has three years of experience within the investment management industry and capital markets. She is responsible for conducting investment research which would support portfolio management as well as the development of new investment strategies within the Technology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively.

Janice has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and specializes in industrials and infrastructure. Most recently, she was a Senior Investment Analyst, Global Industrial Equities at CI Global Asset Management, where she managed asset allocation and stock selection. Janice has a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo.

Alex has 15 years of experience in the investment management industry and specializes in utilities, industrials and infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Senior Investment Analyst at CI Global Asset Management, managing asset allocation and stock selection. Alex holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Master’s in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Alex has 8 years of experience in the investment management industry and specializes in Consumer Discretionary and Staples. Most recently, Alex served as an Equity Analyst, Global Consumer at CI Global Asset Management and was the interim sector lead. Alex has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Honours with a specialization in Finance and a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Goshen has 20 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently at CI Global Asset Management where he served as Vice President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager. Goshen has an MBA (Finance) from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics with Honours from York University.

Jeremy specializes in the technology sector and is responsible for equity portfolio management and research. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager at CI Global Asset Management where his responsibilities included security selection and trade execution. He has been recognized for four consecutive years as a TopGun Investment Mind in Canada, attaining Platinum Status (TopGun Investment Minds and Buy-Side Traders of Canadian Stocks 2021/2022 | Brendan Wood International | TopGun Press). Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Massimo has over 30 years of financial, managerial and consulting experience and specializes in automotive, utilities, industrials and infrastructure. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager at CI Global Asset Management. Massimo has an MBA (Finance) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Università Bocconi in Milan.

Malcolm specializes in the technology sector and is responsible for equity portfolio management and research. Most recently, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager at CI Global Asset Management. He has been recognized for four consecutive years as a TopGun Investment Mind in Canada, attaining Platinum Status (TopGun Investment Minds and Buy-Side Traders of Canadian Stocks 2021/2022 | Brendan Wood International | TopGun Press). Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He has lectured internationally on the applications of AI in finance and is currently completing his Master of Science, Data Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.

John has nearly 30 years of experience in the investment industry and specializes in the financial services sector. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager at CI Global Asset Management where he was responsible for stock selection in the financial services sector and dividend fund portfolio management. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in administrative studies from Trent University and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Jeff leads the Global Equity portfolio management team and as a member of the Investment Committee, helps set the strategic direction of the team. Jeff has more than 19 years of investment industry experience and specializes in the global healthcare sector. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Equities at CI Global Asset Management. Jeff holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Queen’s University.
