Howard is currently Vice President of Multi-Asset Solutions and is responsible for investment strategy research and implementation with a quantitative focus. Previously, he was a senior researcher in the Systematic Investments team and a senior analyst in the Strategic Solutions Group where he developed multi-asset solutions and targeted research for institutional clients. Howard has over two decades of experience in the investment industry. Prior to BMO GAM, he held senior role at a fund-of-hedge-funds company and TD Securities with responsibility for asset-liability management, portfolio construction, quantitative modeling and enterprise system development. He has a B.Math., Honours in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Waterloo, followed by an M.Sc. from Stanford University in Engineering Economic Systems. Howard holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
